Inspections

  • Any Trash Container/Landscape Debris (can NOT be visible from the street or on the street before 6PM the day before trash pick and must be removed by 6PM that day)
  • Maintain Home (No rotten wood, missing shingles, chip paint, broken gutters, tape on windows, broken windows, mold/mildew including fencing and mail box)
  • Well Maintained Yard (Mow, Weed, Edge, Debris removal)
  • Trimming Trees – 13’ 6” above street (Remove Vines/Dead Trees/Shrubs and Stump)
  • Damaged Fences (Including leaning, broken and /or missing boards)
  • Driveway Storage/Debris (Lumber, bricks, coolers, trash cans, mulch, dirt, large toys)
  • Inoperable Vehicles (flat tire, out of date tags, up on jacks)
  • BBQ Pits, RV’s, Boats, and Trailers being stored in driveway and/or street
  • Holiday Decorations (30 days prior to holiday and 30 days after holiday)
  • No Garage Sale Signs – City Code: No more than two garage sale signs may be located on private property located within 1,000 feet from the premises on which a garage sale is to be held.
